Another picture of my favorite mutant, Chamber. You can tell I liked him better with no face - so easy to draw *sigh* Anyway, he really doesn't have a background, yet. I made him extra pale because, well... he's a corpse :)

Oh my god, everything about this is just beautiful. Down to the colors, the pose, just everything. Such a beautiful rendition.

Thanks for the comments! Chamber's power is, I think, bio-kinetic blasts. Basically, when he was a teenager he got really pissed off and blew away his chest and the lower part of his face. His body is, therefore, dead and now is just a sort of shell for the energy he contains. So, poor Jono's really just an animated corpse. He wears the bandages to keep the energy - which look like flames - from scaring the crap out of people. Yep, I think he's cool... and I'm a nerd :)

Chamber is one of my fave mutants too. I like a lot the way you drawned him, looks so like him... the pale skin suits him really well.

holy sheeat! thats...beautiful. Ive seen your art on Nightscrawlers before. so um, why dont you draw more Chamber? i used to like Nightcrawler until they overexposed him after the movie. Remember when after X2 every other X fan art was Nightcrawler? crazy. Chamber should be the new Nighcrawler. I mean really ...

Oh my GOD, it's a Chamber picture!!
I loved Jono, I hated Marvel when they decided to rape his character and give him back his mouth...

Anywho, this is a gorgeous picture and you've captured his broody/mopey/'oim going to walk in the rain' perfectly.
