impressive. A mysterious setting that makes you feel that there is something more in this picture than it's components, an invisible (?) entity. Same goes for your previous picture

Love the way the trees come in louder and louder with varying width providing rhythm without monotony. Good use of contrast to keep us in the space and at the point of interest as well as conveying distance and depth. Enjoy the shadows of other trees pushing a strong diagonal inwards adding nice energetic dynamic. Rocks all have a different shape but keep the same palate as the trees so it all flows. Like how the twist of the tree leads us back into the frame instead of out.

Wish the main point of interest was well... a little more interesting. It's probably just me but I think it needs more emotion.

overall quite accomplished.

This is completely awesome. I'm trying to do this style of painting but I don't have the hang of it yet XC

I like this, the perspective on it as well as the colors used give it an interesting appearance.

Nice, not what I normally like style wise, but it strikes me.

it's very acrylic-ey... but that may be just because i've seen more paintings with this patches of color technique done in acrylic than i have in oil... and a freind of mine whos trying oil for the first time cant help but do it this way... (he's an acrylic painter)

I like it though.. don't know why i decided to share that little tidbit

:) It's got a certain quality about it... but i must say that the tree doesnt seem to be fallen... but rather to have grown that way
